Make A Difference in Orange County
The Orange County Vital Brain Program's mission is to facilitate a community-wide effort toward "maintaining a healthy brain" through education, risk factor management, prevention, and timely intervention against cognitive decline associated with aging.
With the rapidly aging population in Orange County, maintaining high cognitive function has evolved as a major health concern in our community. While many scientific advances are required before we can eliminate the threat of Alzheimer's disease and related disorders (ADRD), there are some immediate and significant opportunities to improve healthcare and enable healthy aging, simply by educating the public and helping physicians to adopt the latest standards of care in the field of cognitive health.
The information and resources on this site will help Orange County's physicians deliver the most proactive, community-based care in the world and will enable our residents to age with cognitive vitality.
